- General Provisions MY3DLAB Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides services related to 3D modeling, 3D printing, and 3D scanning. By engaging with the Company for any services, purchasing any 3D models, or acquiring 3D-printed items, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
- Limitation of Liability The Company and its owner(s), employees, or partners shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by the use of products, services, or deliverables provided by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, physical harm, loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to property.
- Quality Assurance and Warranty The Company guarantees that all services and products provided will meet the professional standards of 3D modeling, 3D printing, and 3D scanning as outlined by MY3DLAB Ltd. If a product or service is found to be defective due to the Company’s fault (e.g., poor print quality not meeting the agreed specifications or an error in 3D modeling that does not align with the client’s requirements), the Company commits to correcting these issues at no additional charge to the client, excluding shipping costs and any potential consequential damages. If no specific requirements regarding print quality, modeling accuracy, or other technical aspects were provided by the client, the Company will base its decisions on professional expertise and will recommend the best possible solutions. Once the client agrees to these recommendations, the Company assumes no further responsibility for any potential dissatisfaction with the final product. In all other cases, MY3DLAB Ltd. makes no guarantees beyond the corrections mentioned above, and all products and services are provided “as is,” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
- Third-Party Usage The Company is not responsible for how third parties may use or modify any deliverables produced by the Company. Once the deliverable is handed over to the client, the client assumes full responsibility for any further use or distribution.
- Exclusion of Liability for Damages Under no circumstances shall MY3DLAB Ltd. or its owner(s) be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business, loss of profits, or other financial losses, arising from the use of its services or products.
- Legal Entities The Company disclaims any liability for damage to legal entities, businesses, or organizations resulting from the use of its products or services.
- Client Responsibility The client is fully responsible for ensuring that the products or services they commission from MY3DLAB Ltd. meet all safety, regulatory, and legal requirements in their area of use. MY3DLAB Ltd. does not guarantee compliance with any regional or national regulations regarding the use of 3D-printed objects, scanned models, or other deliverables.
- Acceptance of Terms By placing an order for any of the Company’s services, purchasing any 3D models, or acquiring 3D-printed products from MY3DLAB Ltd., you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Company’s services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, and you waive any right to contest the validity of this agreement.
- Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MY3DLAB Ltd. operates, and any disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws of this jurisdiction.
